Star Health & Allied Insurance is a pioneer in Health Insurance in India. It is the first company in India to focus exclusively on Healthcare. When they launched their operations, they wanted a content rich website, that disseminated information about the products of Star and also about Insurance and health related topics. They also wanted information about their branches and agents displayed through their website and when visitors made enquiries through the site, they wanted a workflow to take care of the query.
